Employee Spouse Cards
Spouses of current, regular, full and part-time faculty, staff, and retirees are eligible for a campus ID card. Card privileges include: library privileges, use of athletic facilities as outlined by the Department of Athletics; Notre Dame Bookstore and Golf Course greens fee discounts; Domer Dollars; and free admission to regular season play for men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, and men’s and women’s lacrosse. Requests for spousal cards should be made at the Office of Human Resources, 200 Grace Hall, during regular business hours. (Marriage certificate and picture ID must be presented on-site). Upon registering with HR, the requestor must go to the Campus Card Office (423 Grace Hall) where a photo will be taken and the card printed. The fee is $25.00 and payable by credit or debit card.
Student Spouse Cards
The spouse of an active degree-seeking student may request a campus ID card. Card privileges include access to Student Activity events, (such as pep rallies, or student-only events at Legends) Rec Sports, the Library, and a Domer Dollar account. Spouses of undergraduate students should contact the Office of the Registrar to begin the process of requesting a card. Spouses of graduate students should begin the process in the Graduate School here.
